Boyd Jay Davis

Boyd J Davis 87, of Scenic, Az. Formally of Vernal, Utah passed away June 22, 2024 in Mesquite Nv .He was born April 12, 1937 in Vernal Utah to Harold A. and Charlotte Greenhow Davis. Boyd attended schools and graduated from Uintah High School.

Worked for American Gillsonite after high school for 15 years before working for Dowell /Slumberger another 25 years before retiring.

Boyd loved the Mtns. the Book Cliffs and His property on Diamond, hunting fishing, Atv rides. He was always busy constructing something with his ability to all areas of construction.

Most recently turning his 2 ½ acre desert home into a desert oasis.

He enjoyed his and Nadine’s time in Scenic, enjoying the Casinos and the Buffets.

 He is survived by his wife Nadine Page Davis, of Scenic. Az, Children: Calvin Davis of Jensen, Neil A. Fedelleck partner (Denise Nash) of Vernal, Dale D. (Kathy) Fedelleck of Vernal. Granddaughter Christa Davies

18 Grand Children and 43 ½ Great Grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Friday June 28, 2024 at the Vernal Memorial Park at 11 am. A viewing at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary 10-10:45 prior.
