Carol Lee Foreman Edginton, born May 10, 1936 in Salt Lake City Utah, the daughter of Byrd Lewis Foreman and Fredricka Ellsworth Greene. She was the middle of three children; her brothers were Richard Lewis Foreman (Texas) and Ted Lee Foreman (California), whom she loved dearly. She attended South High School until she suffered a horse riding accident which left her with debilitating injuries which she overcame. She later returned to South High and graduated in 1956. Carol Lee married her high school sweetheart May 31, 1956, and they had three sons; Jason Lee Edginton, Rick Lee Edginton and Randy Lee Edginton. Carol Lee had a passion for horses, but she seldom rode after her accident. She also loved gardening, traveling, fishing and rock hounding. She is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, three sons, twelve grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM at theBlackburn Vernal Mortuary. A viewing will be from 9:45-10:45 prior to the services, Burial will be Saturday, January 29, 2017 @ 11:00 AM at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, SLC, Utah, services are under the direction of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
