Cecil Blaine Ralphs

Cecil Blaine Ralphs 76, of Vernal, Utah passed away on April 19, 2020 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Leadville, Colorado to Velma Lorre Timothy and Cecil Ralphs. He married the love of his life Rosalind Fouts on December 2, 1962. 54 years of marriage. Rosalind passed away September 24, 2017. They're reunited in Heaven.

Blaine moved in with his grandparents when he was 12 years old, after his mother's passing (Lavon Timothy & Christy Ardelta Maxfield Timothy). He helped build fences for a few years. He then went to work at the Gilesonite mine, he was 3 years away from retirement there before being laid off. Then he went to work for the county at the Vernal Cemetery. His last job was a janitor at Uintah High School.

Blaine loved to go camping, fishing, hunting, and bowling. Party on the weekends with buddies. He definitely loved being on the mountain. He loved all of his family and friends. He will be greatly missed. He was his smart aleck self til the end. Gone, but not forgotten. Fly High Old Man!

Blaine was survived by Cherie Bascom(sister), Laurel(Jeff) McGuffin, Larry Ralphs(Mike Mungus), Kent Ralphs, Curtis(Jeniffer) Ralphs. Grandchildren: Cormac(Tonya) McGuffin Gabrial Hayes, Kyle & Chance Ralphs. Great Grandchildren: Cashious & Damion McGuffin

Proceeded in death by his wife Rosalind Ralphs Grant Lavon Ralphs(son) Parents: Cecil Ralphs & Velma Lorre Timothy Grandparents: Lavon Timothy & Christy Ardelta Maxfield Timothy Other family members: Leon Dee Timothy, Javar Timothy, Dean Timothy, & Lavon Kay Timothy.

Graveside services will be Saturday, April 25, 2020 @ 9:00 AM at the Vernal Memorial Park. A viewing for family and friends will be Friday April 24, 2020 from 1:00-6:00 PM at Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
