Connie Jean Haworth

Connie Jean Scott Haworth, age 68, of Vernal, Utah passed away at her home on June 22, 2013. She was born in Vernal on January 22, 1945 to Lawrence and Thelma Gurr Scott. She grew up and attended school in the Basin. Connie married Ralph Haworth on March 13, 1965. Together they had 2 children. Connie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints. She was employed at the Vernal Walmart. Connie enjoyed camping, going on rides to the mountains, and traveling. She loved to play cards with her friends and family. Connies greatest joy was her great-granddaughter Kennedi. Connie will be greatly missed. Connie is survived by her husband: Ralph, children; Shellie Lenhart (Don Reese), and Daonald Haworth, sisters; Virginia Trujillo and Leatrice Hamblin, grandchildren; Ashly Lenhart, Chelsea Lenhart, Tiffany Haworth, Dillen Haworth, and great-granddaughter; Kennedi Tailor Lindsay. She is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings; Shirley Timothy, Georgia Sanchez, and Gary Scott. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ashley Creek LDS Chapel (4080 South 2500 East). Friends and family may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 at the Vernal Mortuary and 1 hour prior to services at the chapel. Burial will be in the Vernal Memorial Park under the care and direction of the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
