Donald Ralph Haworth

Donald Duck Haworth, age 45, passed away suddenly due to a heart attack Friday night December 27, 2013 in Vernal. He was born January 21, 1968 to Ralph and Connie Haworth. He loved fishing and spending time in the outdoors. He also had a love for music. He would always try to go to a concert whenever he had a chance. He loved spending time with his friends and family. Anyone who knew him just loved being around him. He put a smile on any ones face and could always make you laugh with his incredible since of humor. Donald will be greatly missed. He is survived by his father, Ralph Haworth, sister, Shellie (Don Reese) Haworth; two children, Tiffany and Dillen Haworth; his nieces Ashley Lenhart, Chelsie Lenhart; great niece, Kennedi Taylor Lindsey. He was preceded in death by his mother, Connie Jean Scott Haworth. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary. Friends and family may call at the Mortuary Monday evening from 6-8 and on Tuesday one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Vernal Memorial Park, services have been entrusted to the care of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
