Dwain Allen Fouts

Dwain Allen Fouts, age 63 passed away on June 1, 2024. He was born on September 7, 1960 in Coshocton, Ohio to James Fouts and Roseanna Asire Fouts. 

Dwain was raised in Roseburg, Oregon before moving to Vernal. While in Vernal he had 6 sons, Troy Sevenski, Allen Fouts, Kyle Fouts, Justin Fouts, Ryan Fouts and John Riggs. Dwain was diagnosed with bladder cancer in November of 2023. He always had to stay busy even when his body wouldn’t let him. 

He could never own a reliable vehicle, because he wouldn’t be able to work on them. 

He is survived by his Mother Roseanna Fouts, children; Troy (Brook) Sevenski of Vernal, Allen (Amanda) Fouts of Dinosaur, Justin (Madison) Fouts of Vernal, Kyle Fouts of Vernal, Ryan (Brionna) Fouts of Vernal, John Fouts of Vernal, 17 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild, brothers; Danny Fouts, Zeek Fouts, sisters; Deana Fouts, and Della Harp of Oregon.

He is preceded in death by his father James Fouts, grandparents; Herbet Wayne Fouts, Bernice Fouts, James Albert Asire, Twilla Elizabeth Asire, and his wife Ginger Fouts

Per Dwain’s wishes there will be no services. His sons will spread his ashes on the Oregon Coast.
