Edwin Carlyle Oaks

Edwin Carlyle Oaks age, 73 of Vernal passed away in his home September 4, 2022. He was born February 8, 1949. Edwin served in the Army.

He married Rosemary Oaks on June 10, 1983 together they have 4 children.

Edwin loved fishing, hunting, and hunting for arrowheads.

He is survived by his dear wife, Rosemary, children; Troy (Starlette) Oaks, of Vernal, Eldon Oaks of Vernal, Echo (Jeremy) Bauerkemper, of Vernal, Trenton (Charlie) Oaks of Roosevelt, 21 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by Grace, Martin, Leon and Gary.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary, with a viewing held 1 hour prior.

Burial will take place in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery with Military Honors by the American Legion, service are handled under the direction of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
