F. Lyle Massey Knight

Frances Lyle Massey Knight, age 81, of Vernal returned to her heavenly father on February, 12, 2015. She was born in Vernal to Arthur and Marguerite Britt Massey on January 13, 1934. She married Larry Knight June 8, 1954 there marriage was later solemnized in the Salt lake LDS Temple Lyle love walking and hiking snow shoeing and anything to be out enjoy the mountains. She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening, flowers, goats and farm animals. She loved serving in the in the church all her life. Her greatest joy was her family, mostly the grandchildren. Lyle is survived by her husband , Larry Knight; sons, LeVoy Jedd Kinght of Gillett, WY; Layne Lee Knight of Vernal; daughters, LaRessa Knight (JoLay Guffey) of Vernal; Terry (Ken ) Salberg; sister Daun (Tiny) Fillinger of Duncan, Oklahoma. 10 grandchildren and many great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Christy Gilliam siblings, June, Earl, Glen, Naomi, Ruth; granddaughter, Marilee and great granddaughter, Abby. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February, 17, 2015 at 11:00 A.m. at the Glines 4th ward Chapel on Aggie Blvd. friends and family may call at Blackburn Vernal Mortuary Monday evening from 6:00-8:00 and at the Chapel one hour prior to the services.
