Fay Adeline Henderson

Fay Adeline Bentley Henderson passed away February 28th 2025 at her home in Vernal, Utah. She was born September 28, 1941 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Fay married Jerry D. Henderson, Aug. 13, 1983. 

Fay was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served in many callings over the years. She loved to teach the children in primary. She found great joy in teaching piano for about 12 years. She loved her family and gardening. 

She is survived by her husband Jerry, children; Hal Causey Jr. (Matrell) Richard Causey, Bryan Henderson (Nicole), Beverly Unck (Jason), 13 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Fay is preceded in death by her Parents, and 1 sister. 

Funeral Services for Fay will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 11 am at the Rock Point Chapel with viewings held Tuesday, March 4th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Mortuary and from 9:45 - 10:45 prior to service at the Chapel. Burial will be in the Rock Point Cemetery.
