Genita C. Hatch 93, passed away August 08, 2017 in the home of her daughter and son-in-law Danny and Peggy Moore. She was born July 14, 1924 to Agnes and Louise Clarke in Sayer, OK. She married Virgil D.Hatch in Mesa, Arizona on March 12, 1943. Genita was a resident of Vernal Utah in the 60's and 70's. She resided with her husband in Mesa AZ. until moving to Vernal and St George Ut. to be with family. Genita was presided in death by her husband Virgil D. Hatch in 2000, and son-in-law Mike Noakes. She leaves a loving family of 6 children and spouses, Lynell (Gene) Anfinson of St. George Ut., Phil W. Hatch of Payson, Arizona, Janet (Gary) Homan of Queen Creek Arizona, Peggy (Danny)Moore Vernal, Sheila Noakes of Draper, Ut, and Gary (Julie) Hatch of Payson Az. Genita was a faithful member of the LDS church and served in many capacities during her years of good health. She loved her children and over 100 descendants. She was very talented and always made a beautiful home wherever she lived. She has been in Assisted living in St. George for the past 6 years before coming to Vernal where she later died. She will be missed by many. She would want to thank the Wonderful Services of the Hospice team who took such good care of her during her last 5 months of life.
