She married Jerry Macks Murray Aug. 9, 1975 in Elko, NV. They have thirty eight wonderful years together. Macks was devoted to Jerrie as she was to him. They made their home in Lapoint and truly loved the people living there. He watched over her and cared for her during this decline in her health. She used her own hands and talents to beautify her home. For many years she helped operate the family farm helping with the livestock and milking the cows. She raised large gardens and canned the produce. She later successfully operated a grocery store. Her husband and children could always count on her love and support. She was a generous and good neighbor. She often cut hair for people at no charge and included anyone who didn t have a place to go for the holidays, at her table. She was kind to anyone in need. Jerrie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints and served in many positions. She and her husband Macks served as temple workers in the Vernal Temple.
