Glenda Sadlier

Glenda Mar Knight Sadlier passed away November 13, 2024 in Vernal, UT. She was born to Glen and Martha Knight on July 20, 1944 in Provo, UT. 

Glenda was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She married Doran Ray Sadlier on November 14, 1962 in the Manti Temple. They were blessed with 7 children, David, Denna, Darlene, Don, Duane, Darren, and Debbie. 

Glenda loved gardening, sewing, doing crafts, and most of all her family. She successfully ran Open Harth Bakery. 

Glenda is survived by her children; David (Heidi) Sadlier, Denna (Clint Atwood) Hatch, Darlene (Kenny) Peterson, Duane Sadlier, Darren Sadlier, Debbie Widdison, 32 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her husband Doran Ray Sadlier, parents; Glen and Marth Knight, son Don Sadlier, grandson Tyler Sadlier, great grandchildren; Tyson Mecham, and TreyLynn Jasmine Asay, brothers; Dick, Jim, Gary, and Charlie Knight. 

Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 22, 2024 at 11 am at the Naples LDS Chapel with viewings held Thursday from 6-8 PM at the Blackburn Mortuary, and Friday 1 hour prior to service at the Chapel. Burial will be in the Vernal Memorial Park.
