Memphis Orvis Boyles

Memphis Orvis Boyles came into this world fighting for his life.  Doctors tried everything they could to save him, but he returned to his Heavenly Father.  He is forever loved by his Mother Samantha, Father Johnnie, and brothers, Phoenix, Dayton, and Boston.  Memphis’s earthly stay was short, but his family was lucky enough to hold their precious gift and let him know how loved he is.  

The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Ashley Regional Medical Center for their care, Blackburn Mortuary and the many community members, family, and friends who have shown love and support through this heartbreaking time. 

Funeral Services will be held on Friday October 9, 2020 at 2pm at Vernal Memorial Park located at 1750 S. 500 E.  Vernal, UT 84078.  There will be a viewing  for friends and family prior to the service at 1:00 PM at  Blackburn Mortuary 15 E 100 N Vernal, Ut 84078.  Following the funeral services, Memphis will be laid to rest at the  Vernal Memorial Park.  We love you baby Memphis Orvis Boyles “MO”, till we meet again.
