April 24, 1972 ~ July 25, 2014 Monty Glenn Horrocks, age 42, raised in Lapoint, Utah passed away on July 25, 2014. Monty was born April 24, 1972 in Roosevelt, Utah. Monty parents are Glenn and Pauline Horrocks, also Patsy and Darryl LaRose. Monty was survived by Lara Horrocks, his children Tiffanie (Dean) Snider, Mitchell Horrocks and Gavin Horrocks. Step-children Brook (Lindsy) Andersen, and Garrett Parkinson. Siblings Renee and Chad Durrant, Joe an Karen Vigil, Quint and Tricia Horrocks, Cole and Traci Horrocks, Dean Reed, and Quana LaRose. He also had 2 grandsons Triston and Donavon Snider. Monty loved his kids very much. He enjoyed the outdoors from hunting, fishing, cutting, timber and horn hunting. He roofer houses and was a very hard worker. Funeral Services for Monty will be Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary. Friends and family may call at the Mortuary at 10:00 a.m. prior to the services.
