Our husband, grandfather, & Dad, Parker Lavar Hupp, age 75, passed away peacefully of natural causes at his home in Vernal. He was born to Albin Rudy and Almeda Parker Hupp on December 28, 1942. He married his partner Geraldine Collins on March 17, 1995 in Farmington, Utah. Parker was a good man, quiet and loyal and he always did what needed to be done. He kept his words close to his heart. Parker would do Sud-oko for hours a day and still knew what was going on around him. He worked for Willey Ford for 25 years, retired and went to work at County landfill, and loved his job, but most of all the people. Parker’s passions were Football, The Utah Jazz and Nascar. He was set in his ways and often too stubborn to change, a creature of Habit.
He is survived by his wife; Geri grandchildren, BJ, Kasey, Cody, Conrad, Nick, Ashley, Brad, Taylor, Cury, & Shelby; Children, Kristien (Marshell) Zobell, of Ogden; Nancy (Mark) Durrant of Henefer; Kimberley (Philip) Harper of Vernal; Tamara Pelton of Vernal; brother, Richard ;Thayne; (Marsha) sisters, Margaret (Richard) Durrant of Tremonton, Utah, Ruth Ann (Steven) Rittenburg of Fenten, MO.
He was preceded in death by his sister-in-laws, Linda Hupp, Gaye Davis & grandson, Stevie Blanchard.
