Patricia Skaar

Patricia May Fisher was born May 22, 1933 to Don and Netty Fisher in Vernal, Ut.  She was the oldest daughter of 10 kids.

She grew up as a rancher’s daughter during World War 2 and the great depression.  She would tell stories of how the family traveled the states of Utah, Wyoming, Montana, & Idaho to make a living, and they slept in tents and lived off the land.  She attended school in the fall in Vernal, Ut.

She married Don Skaar Oct 15^th 1959.  Together they raised 5 sons, Dennis, Doug, Brent, Rick & Dwayne.

She had a great love for her family and animals, especially her dog Mitsy.  She also loved to camp and go fishing.

She is survived by her husband Don Skaar; Sons: Dennis Skaar (Claudia) Doug Skaar (Sabra) Rick Buckley (Kay) Dwayne Skaar (Candy).  Two sisters Wyonna & Jean.  10 grandkids 18 great grandkids and 1 great-great grandkid.

She is preceded in death by 6 brothers and 1 sister, one granddaughter and 1 great-great-granddaughter.

She passed away May 11^th in Denver, Co.  Funeral services will be in Vernal, UT under the care of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
