Raymond Goa

Raymond Goa, of the Basin, Passed away at the Uintah Care Center on December 15, 2014 at the age of 82. He was born November 29, 1932 to Ollie and Vera Ostler Goa in Boulder, Colorado. Ray loved being with the animals, his cows were his passion, he lived for and loved the outdoors, being on a horse and playing cards. Looking into his eyes you would know he was a Kind man. He was loved by many. He had a stubborn side that was part of his personality. He serviced our county in the Armed Forces during the Korean Conflict. His services are greatly appreciated. Ray has left this earth and is now in a better place, And as my son as a toddler would say, "Ray went to spank those cows".
