Renda Martin

Renda Rae Martin, age 60, passed away at her home in Vernal, Utah on August 8, 2015. She was born on March 21, 1955 in Odessa, Texas to Raymond Roy and Mary Ann Ufford Martin. Renda was a loving mother to all who had the pleasure of having her in their lives. She treated each of us no different than the other, filling us with hope, joy, and the desire to be the best we can be. She filled our hearts with love no matter how much or little she had to give. She had the biggest heart we have ever known. We all knew if we ever needed a friend, a home cooked meal, or a quick pick-me-up pep talk, we could always stop by Rendas. She was always there for us all even if she was giving us the last dollar she had. Renda is survived by her daughters; Cameo Cherie Stancliff and Athena Dee Cargile, and many others that she treated as her own, brother; Ronnie Wayne Martin, sister; LaRetta Barton, and 4 grandchildren who will miss her dearly. She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother; Roy Martin. Mom, you will be missed more than you could ever know. A celebration of life for Renda was held on August 12, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at the Remember the Maine Park in Vernal. Arrangements were under the care and direction of the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
