Shawn Collier

Shawn D. Collier age 56 of Vernal, passed away August 27, 2019. A dad to one, but a daddy too many. Like his father he was adventurer. He took all the kids along. When he was young his bronco was filled with the ladies, and when he had his son it was filled with kids. He loved to fish and hunt. But most of all he was a family man, the friendliest man around, and was always there for his family. He looked up to his dad and uncle and wanted to be as good as them. He broke out welding at 5 years old and was phenomenal at it.

Survived by is son Dakota (Robyn) Collier; Grandchildren Colson, Dylan, and Lauklyn: Mother Ann Collier; Brothers Kass and Jack Collier; Sister Bonnie Collier.

Proceeded in death by is father Jack Collier; Niece JaCie Collier. 

Funeral services will be Friday, September 6, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Vernal 1st Ward Chapel (475 West 100 South). Friends and family may call Thursday from 6-8 PM at Blackburn & Sons Vernal Mortuary and at the Chapel 9:45-10:45 AM prior to the services. Burial will be in the Vernal Memorial Park. Services entrusted by Blackburn and Sons Vernal Mortuary.
