Wesley William "Bill" Winn

Wesley William “Bill” Winn passed away February 3, 2022 in his home. He was born February 19, 1932 in Vernal, Utah to Celis Winn and Flora Winn.

 He married Kona Mar Winn July 4, 1986.

He is survived by his children, Michelle (Jon) Schenk, of Preston, ID, Terry Allen, of Vernal, UT, Tracy (Lori) Allen, of West Valley City, UT, Troy (Ronda) Allen, of Fullerton, CA, Todd (Mary) Allen, of Murray, UT, Trisha (Steve) Rasmason, of West Jordan, UT, 15 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.

He is proceeded in death by his wife Kona Mar Winn; Son David Winn; Brothers; Ralph Winn, Ronnie Winn, and Roy Winn.

Military Graveside Services will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 2 PM at the Vernal Memorial Park.
