Whitney Anne Gudac Corbridge, the daughter of Mike and Mariann Gudac, age 31 of Vernal, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2020. She was born February 13, 1989 in American Fork, Utah.
Whitney had many talents, awards and accomplishments. She was dedicated to her education and serving others. She graduated in 2012 form Utah State University in Elementary Education. She was an honor student and proficient in sign language. She taught English to children in Chili and then became a 5th grade teacher in Logan Utah.
Whitney lived her life by the words “I can’t believe I did this” instead of “I should have done this.” That’s who Whitney was. She was full of life, spontaneity, and had a heart that never judged and loved everyone. She always brought light into people’s lives with her actions and presence. God gave her a beautiful soul that shined brightly to all of those around her. She had an infectious presence and was intuitive and motherly to everyone around. Her positivity radiated, and she knew how to make everyone feel loved and valued. We were all honored to have loved and be loved by her. Whitney taught us all how to be a better person.
Whitney is survived by her daughter, Renner Marie; parents, Mike and Mariann Gudac; brother Jeremy (Maddie) Gudac; Joseph Corbridge (Renner father); grandparent, George Gudac; aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lynn & Betty Meacham, Anne Gudac; uncle, Doug Mecham; aunt, Laura Gudac and 2 brothers, Michael Jerome & Zachary Michael.
Funeral services will be Friday, October 16, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the Uintah Conference Center (313 East 200 South). A viewing will be Friday at the Conference Center from 9:30-10:45 prior to the services. Under the care and direction of the Blackburn & Sons Vernal Mortuary & Cremation Care.
