William Ortega

 William Louie Ortega was born to Victor Henry Ortega and Mary Servara Chacon on February 9, 1948 in Center Colorado. He quietly passed away in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family on November 3, 2019 in Vernal Utah.
    William or Willie, otherwise known as "PoPo", was absolutely the sweetest and kindest man you could ever meet. His family and friends just adored his fun loving personality. He had a joke for every situation and continued the laughs till the end. He will always be remembered for tattooing a permanent smile on your heart. He will be dearly missed.
    He is survived by his devoted wife Lorelei Ortega; brother Joe Ortega; sisters, Mary Ortega, and Malinda Chaffin; son, Louie Miller; daughters, Andrea Stevenson, and Kimberly Robertson; grandchildren, Sinjin Miller, Chism Miller, Declund Stevenson, Desmond Stevenson, Damin Stevenson, Stacia Ortega, Antonio Ortega, Paige Robertson, LilyOilin Robertson; great grandchildren, Carter Miller, and Colton Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews.
    A viewing will be held Thursday, November 7th, at Blackburn & Sons Vernal Mortuary from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. The service will be held directly after at Vernal Memorial Park Cemetary from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
    The family graciously requests no flower please but donations are always welcome to Blackburn Mortuary care of Mitch Blackburn.
